Data processing in detail
Website usage. When you visit, we do not load analytics or marketing scripts and we do not set cookies. A language you choose and a color scheme you choose stay in the browser and are not sent to atollee. Without a choice of your own, the page follows the browser language and the browser color scheme. The web server may process the connection data needed to deliver the page, including the IP address, date and time, and the address requested. This data is not used for advertising and is not passed to analytics services. We count page views for an internal statistic on the basis of our legitimate interest. We store the path and the day. A checksum of the connection keeps the same visit from counting more than once as a visitor on the same day and is deleted after 14 days. The IP address itself is not stored in the statistic. There is no extra script and no cookie for this.
Contact. When you contact us by email, your data is used only to process your request and is deleted after six months. No data is passed on to third parties. The form in the footer sends name, organization, position, email, and message to atollee. The OpenAPI form also sends a validity period so demo access can be issued.
Newsletter. For the newsletter, we only use your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time. The data is only used for newsletter delivery.
